Tuning systems
The use of voting systems has increased immensely in recent years. The benefit for the organizer of a conference is clear: The main focus for him or the commissioning end customer is of course the extensive and substantial information he receives from the evaluation of all answers to his questions. Whether product placement, advertising strategies, employee satisfaction, acceptance of products or services on the market – all this can be queried, grouped, analyzed and future strategies can be controlled with it.
In addition, however, care is taken to ensure that participants are actively involved in the conference; their opinions count, and this is generally welcomed by participants.
In addition to these serious intentions to use a voting unit, there is of course also the possibility to lighten up an otherwise rather dry conference with an entertaining game round – based on the well-known TV format of RTL Wer wird Millionär (Who wants to be a millionaire) or other variants of a game show –.
To be able to use voting at your event as flexibly as possible, a wireless system is recommended. Each participant receives a small ergonomically shaped voting unit that contains all the necessary controls, depending on the system selected.
The voting machines work together with the various Option-Power software solutions. These are easy to integrate into Microsoft Office and offer a wide range of options for editing, visualizing and evaluating the voting results.

The OptionFinder Plus is the latest generation of voting units. It is now even easier to use and for the first time allows a voting unit to be assigned to a specific participant. This can save considerable costs at conferences with several workshops taking place in parallel, as it is not necessary to lay out new voting units in each room. Furthermore, it is possible to send messages to specific participants via the new multi-line display. Several freely programmable special keys provide additional individual voting options in addition to the 10-key keypad. With the OptionFinder Plus system, it is also possible for the first time to ask questions with multiple answer options.
