In a Silent Conference, speech and music are transmitted via headphones rather than loudspeakers. Sound sources can be speakers, music or other sources.<\/p>

Areas of application are trade fairs, meetings, product presentations, conferences, cinemas or even discos. There are several advantages of Silent Events: The events are hardly audible from the outside. Several presentations can run side by side without disturbing each other. Playback via headphones allows the audience to focus on the speaker without being distracted by background noise.<\/p>

There is no fixed term for this form of events. Common terms are \"Silent Conferencing\u201d, \"Silent Event\u201d, Silent PA, \"Silent Conference\u201d, \"Silent Disco\u201d or similar. Resourceful business people have partially protected these terms, which makes it even more difficult to find a uniform term for the industry.<\/p>

Technically, silent conferencing can be solved in many different ways. In any case, the basic component is wireless audio transmission to the participants' headphones.<\/p>
