For all locations we are looking for a project planner (f\/m) in the field of conference, simultaneous technology and event.<\/p>\n
Your tasks<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n- You will take on specialist planning tasks for our projects.<\/li>\n
- You organize and control the processes before, during and after projects: Technical planning, personnel planning, vehicle logistics, goods returns and briefings.<\/li>\n
- You will schedule material and resources (technicians, vehicles) for our projects in the EasyJob project software.<\/li>\n
- You will organize and monitor the smooth exchange of goods between our branches, ensuring the availability of resources and materials for all ongoing and upcoming projects.<\/li>\n
- You are the contact person for our customers and partners as well as internally for our technicians, project planners and warehouse logistics specialists.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Your experience and knowledge<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n- Experience in scheduling or project planning in the event industry.<\/li>\n
- Knowledge in dealing with project software and enterprise resource planning systems, preferably with Protonic EasyJob<\/li>\n
- Very good knowledge of AV media technology as well as conference and simultaneous technology<\/li>\n
- You work in a highly customer and service-oriented manner<\/li>\n
- You enjoy working in a team and interacting with colleagues<\/li>\n
- You have a quick perception and develop solutions quickly<\/li>\n
- You work very structured and always keep the overview<\/li>\n
- Very good computer skills (PC, Windows, Microsoft Office)<\/li>\n
- Very good written and spoken German<\/li>\n
- Good command of written and spoken English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
