Job Description<\/b><\/h2>\n

You are the central (technical) contact person for our Berlin studios with over 50 workstations for simultaneous interpreters. You will be responsible for the technical set-up, coordination and supervision of events in our studios and will take care of the follow-up work and any necessary rebuilding and dismantling work. Depending on the size of the event, you will work in a team with our technicians.<\/p>\n

  • Set-up, operation and support of all technical equipment in our studios (focus on sound, lighting, image, event IT, interpreting technology)<\/li>\n
  • Preparation and follow-up of events in our studios<\/li>\n
  • Maintenance and servicing of our studio equipment<\/li>\n
  • Technical support before, during and after events<\/li>\n
  • Event coordination of digital events and hybrid events<\/li>\n
  • Set-up, setup, operation of event equipment at on-site events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Your profile<\/b><\/h2>\n

    • Successfully completed training as an event technology specialist in the fields of audio engineering or event engineering or similar training \/ studies or several years of relevant professional experience<\/li>\n
    • Very good knowledge in the areas of audio, video, and interpreting technology as well as event IT<\/li>\n
    • Very good computer skills (PC\/Mac\/operating systems)<\/li>\n
    • Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, Zoom or other video conferencing systems or event platforms<\/li>\n
    • Very good communication skills in German and good in English<\/li>\n
    • You enjoy working in a team and have a high level of organizational and communication skills<\/li>\n
    • You are reliable and keep the overview even in stressful situations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
