Bookkeeper / Accounting clerk

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Accounting Clerk as soon as possible. We offer a permanent position with flexible working hours and the possibility of mobile working (with only 2 days of presence per month).

Your tasks

  • Verification of incoming invoices and posting of documents in ERP (SKR 03 chart of accounts)
  • Execution of the payment transactions and the dunning process
  • Collaboration in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Supporting the management in the preparation of analyses, plans and balance sheets
  • Collaboration in process optimization and digitalization
  • Optional payroll accounting

Your profile

  • Professional experience in financial accounting or completed vocational training as a tax clerk
  • Very good organizational skills, enjoy working in a team, a structured, independent and reliable way of working.
  • Proficient with PC and common MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience in HMD software solutions is an advantage
  • Interest in professional and career development

What we offer

  • Flexible working hours between 15 and 30 hours per week
  • Gross salary between 2,700.00 € and 3,400.00 € (for a full-time position with 40 hours, depending on qualifications and experience)
  • Mobile work: 2 days per month presence on site, rest mobile possible
  • Telephone/personal availability of two hours per workday within core working hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm).
  • Assignment in Berlin or Düsseldorf possible
