Schools for event technology specialists
In Germany, training to become an event technology specialist is a three-year dual training program.
Here, theoretical knowledge is acquired alternately at a vocational school and practical knowledge in a company.
The school part can take place in the form of weekly training blocks or on certain fixed days during the week (this varies from school to school). The practical part is completed on the other days in a company.
It is recommended that you apply to training companies as early as possible for the training that usually begins in August/September, actually at least in the spring!
The theoretical training to become an "event technology specialist" is offered at a myriad of vocational/training and upper-level centers.
