If required, we can also set up temporary or permanent interpreting hubs at your company or on your premises throughout Germany and Europe.
We provide interpreting equipment for events, conferences and meetings of any size. This starts with meetings with only one international participant up to large events with several thousand people. With our systems we are able to transmit and interpret up to 32 languages simultaneously and live. We offer interpreting technology for a variety of purposes. These include: Interpreting booths, wireless conference receivers with headphones (over which the participants hear the translation), conference systems, discussion systems, systems for live feeds and image as well as sound transmissions. We will be happy to advise you without obligation, just give us a call!
Discussion systems are used at round tables, committee meetings, parliamentary meetings, European Works Council meetings, video conferences and other events where participants sit at the table and discuss. For this purpose, wireless or wired table microphones are set up and connected to loudspeakers or video conferencing systems.
The microphone units are optionally equipped with many additional functions such as voting functions and interactive displays. In addition, participants can connect headphones to the table microphone and listen live to the translated languages of the interpreters. The conference systems can be connected to DOME cameras, which automatically focus on the person speaking, e.g. during video conferences.
Difference conference system and discussion system
There are different names for these systems. Delegate microphone units, microphone units, discussion systems, conference systems, conference systems, table microphones, microphone chains, voting units and many more. Don't get confused by the names. It is important to clarify which functions you need. We will be happy to advise you on this.
We provide sign language interpreters and the necessary technology. Sign language interpreting is an essential part of barrier-free communication and enables deaf and hard of hearing people to participate fully in conferences, meetings, digital meetings and video conferences.
Wireless personal tour guide systems or tour guide systems are used for guided tours at trade fairs, in museums, in public spaces or for factory tours to ensure a perfect audio-speech connection to the group. Tour guide systems can also be used for simultaneous interpreting for a small group of people. Simply ask your interpreters whether the use of a tour guide system makes sense or let us advise you.
Whispered interpretation yes or no?
Whispered interpreting can be a good solution for small events with a low budget or for short interpreting assignments. However, people guidance systems do not replace professional interpreting equipment.
The interpreters are not shielded from ambient noise and participants can hear the interpreters speaking in the room. Whether whispered interpreting can be used should always be discussed with the interpreters in advance.
