Presentation

A presentation is the audiovisual presentation of videos, figures, data and facts. A presentation consists of a visual and possibly also an audio-acoustic presentation. 

 

Visualization can be done with the help of various devices. These are nowadays meeting and collaboration connection platforms (i.e. collaboration software such as MS Teams, WebEx, Zoom and many more), but also traditional video conferencing systems, screens/projectors and (now increasingly intelligent) whiteboards.

In the past, flipcharts or blackboards, overhead or slide projection helped, but these have largely gone out of fashion.

However, you can also combine or use several of the above elements of visualization in one presentation.

An additional audio-acoustic part can result from the spoken word to the presentation. However, music passages or ambient sounds etc. can also be recorded. For this again a Sound technology necessary to be able to play back the audio signals as well.
