Conference systems
Typical use for conference systems is the "round table" such as EU works council meetings, ministerial meetings, municipal council meetings, press conferences, board meetings or shareholders' committee meetings, or even video conferences and remote simultaneous interpreting. These systems, also known as "microphone chains", are thus mainly suitable for discussion-intensive meetings. Depending on the system type, the microphone units are also equipped with an internal loudspeaker, with a tuning function or with interpreter channels.

Conference systems are essentially divided into the following two types:
› Wired conference systems – the conventional classic microphone chain, where all microphone units are connected by cable.
› Wireless conference systems – without cable by radio – of course tap-proof!
