Tuning system
The voting system (colloquially also known as TED) is a means of recording the opinions of individuals on a question, motion or proposal within a group of people. It is used in parliaments, in organizations, at general meetings of a stock corporation, at television events or at conferences. Voting systems record secret as well as public or roll call votes with the aid of Tuning devices. Even a voice weighting is personal and individually adjustable for each tuner.
