ISE 2026 trade fair report – Conference and event technology
Today, the biggest edition of ISE – has opened in terms of exhibition space, exhibitor numbers and expected visitor numbers. Our colleagues on site and in the digital news channels are scouring ISE for innovations.
This year's focus: AI, automation and immersive AV experiences. A new feature is an expanded conference and content program with more than 340 speakers, spread across several conferences and stages at the exhibition grounds.

AI for event and conference technology
AI is particularly helpful in event and conference technology by enabling real-time optimization, automation and inclusion
Equalize images and sound, mix automatically, filter out interference.... Artificial intelligence has it easy with sound and image
Real-time voice processing
AI handles live subtitling, translation and audio description with minimal latency – ideal for multilingual conferences.
AI-Media LEXI Voice provides real-time translations into any language for events and broadcasts; CABOLO demonstrates secure meeting transcriptions.
Televic
Televic is presenting solutions for formal and informal meetings, including discussion systems, wireless units and interpretation tools, under the motto „Creating Better Understanding“ and emphasizes features such as meeting management software (Confero/CoCon), camera tracking, RFID authentication and inclusivity (e.g. tour guide systems).
Televic demonstrates Wordly integration for real-time translation in dozens of languages. The combination uses Televic's clear audio (Unite) as input to Wordly's AI, which provides captions, audio output and transcripts – ideal for multilingual meetings without additional hardware.
Kudo
KUDO is a leading platform for real-time language translation and subtitling in over 200 languages, combining human interpreters (12,000+) with AI Speech Translator for remote, hybrid and in-person events. It integrates seamlessly into Zoom, Teams or custom platforms via widget/QR code, without app download.
As an official Language Accessibility Partner (fourth year in a row), KUDO provided AI translation and captions for keynotes, panels and sessions at booth CS206 – selectable via QR scan in the target language. New 2026 features such as improved AI accuracy and scalability were presented, including a chat with CEO Fardad Zabetian on February 4.
PCS, automated interpreting and human interpreting
We are proud of the fact that we maintain trusting and cooperative relationships with all manufacturers, including AI solutions – This enables us to provide our customers with seamless and customized solutions – including the combination of machine and human simultaneous interpreting. We also value the positive interaction between our competitors. Cooperation, inclusion and co-creation have always been essential at events and ISE shows that this is unchanged.
Video, LED, displays for conference rooms
AV optimization and automation
AI dynamically adjusts audio/video quality (e.g. noise suppression, framing), predicts maintenance and automates control systems.
Philips debuts AI-ready displays for content delivery; Barco optimizes projectors via AI image processing.
What AI does at Barco

Analyzes the image in real time and dynamically adjusts sharpness, contrast and color display to improve perception and readability.

Optimizes multi-projector setups (edge blending, geometry, color uniformity) so that mapping and immersive installations are more stable and faster to set up.

Runs as part of the Pulse ecosystem in new platforms such as the I600 projector, which combines 4K UHD and high frame rates with compact hardware.
Camera control: Automatic, with mixer, joystick, smartphone, tablet or laptop. Wishes unfulfilled? Not for us.
Especially with the Indoor LED walls there are good developments in quiet, passively cooled solutions. We will be publishing a special on this shortly.

Catchbox Plus
Catchbox makes conference rooms colorful and modern – and care: brings high-quality voice control and technology and very easy operation.
Vissonic
Vissonic is a Chinese manufacturer of conference and AV systems since 2015 and specializes in wireless and digital conferencing solutions.
At ISE 2026, Vissonic demonstrated conference systems with meeting management software, RFID authentication and integrations. Focus for us: scalable solutions for forums, parliaments and press centers.
Highlight: Shure
Shure ANX4 is a scalable, high channel count wireless receiver (1 RU rack unit) for professional AV applications, handling up to 16 Axient Digital channels or 24 ULX-D channels in a compact design.
IntelliMix Bar Pro Kit from Shure – the all-in-one video bar for modern conference rooms and simple video conferencing
Shure is a key technology partner for us – and at ISE 2026 it will once again show why: With solutions for the AI-powered workplace, the new IntelliMix Bar Pro and innovative microphone technologies, Shure is setting standards for conference rooms, hybrid events and professional audio applications. Our customers benefit from excellent speech intelligibility, stable systems and easy integration into their IT environment.
Other focal points and highlights
On days 2 and 3, we had a comprehensive look at the sound technology and took a close look at the developments in LED technology. There are particularly interesting developments in LED walls for quiet and energy-efficient indoor environments and conference rooms. We are looking forward to it.
Last but not least: The revised BOSCH Multimedia Intercom stations win "Best of Show Award"
