Conference system
A conference system is a set of equipment components for the transmission of words and images at events of various types and sizes. A rough distinction can be made between audio and video technology.
The audio technology includes the Sound technology, Interpreting technology, studio recording and further processing as well as planning technology for the realization of the concept.
The Video technology consists of pure image display and a subsection of audio technology. The image presentation can be done with the help of an overhead projector, slide projector or video or data projector.
The interface with audio technology already begins with the overhead projector, as the speaker relays a lecture to the auditorium. It is an integral part of the video presentation. Only the interaction of audio and video technology allows a conference system to emerge as a complete system.
