In the case of conference equipment, it is used for the regular inspection of rented and sold equipment. In the case of rental equipment, it is carried out at regular intervals depending on the relative use, the duration of use and the type of equipment. This is based on a quality management system according to DIN/ISO 9000-9004.
For sold equipment, maintenance mainly depends on the maintenance contracts concluded. Maintenance also includes the repair and replacement or renewal of equipment and equipment components as well as accessories such as cables and other peripherals.
A maintenance is part of the four basic measures of a maintenance according to DIN standard DIN 31051.
