Seating
Several factors must be considered when choosing seating arrangements and set up for events:
First, the size of the room and the number of participants must be determined. In addition to the comfort of the participants, e.g. sufficient legroom between the rows of chairs, all legal regulations such as escape routes or free access to fire extinguishers must also be taken into account.
The technology located in the room and the character of the event must also be planned for:
- Where is the stage?
- Where are the screens for the projectors located?
- Do all participants have a good view of the screens / stage?
- Are tables needed (for drinks, notes, laptops, etc.)?
- Is the Public address system designed for all seats?
- Where stands the Simultaneous booth?
