We are looking for a:n Office Manager:in (d/w/m) to organize and coordinate administrative tasks and office procedures in our Berlin branch. Your tasks are to create a pleasant working environment and to ensure the smooth running of office operations and company procedures in daily operations.

Your tasks
- Support in organizational and administrative tasks of the management and assistant positions
- General office duties: e.g., telephone service, mail and e-mail correspondence, management of incoming and outgoing invoices, billing statements.
- Correspondence and appointment management
- Pflege of the customer database: creating new contacts, making changes and updates.
- Preparation of standardized offers and telephone inquiries
- Purchasing and management of office supplies and consumables
- Preparation, supervision and follow-up of meeting and conference rooms

Your profile
- Completed commercial training and/or relevant professional experience
- Independent working style, flexibility and high customer and service orientation
- Very good organizational skills, enjoy working in a team, a structured and reliable way of working.
- Proficient with PC and common MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Very good communication skills in German and good in English
