We are looking for employees/working students (f/f/m) for the support of video conferences and hybrid events at all our locations. The support takes place purely virtually via common video conferencing systems and can also be done from the home office by arrangement. We offer regular jobs, a good hourly wage and longer-term employment.

Your tasks

• You supervise videoconferences and are the contact person for all participants.
• You take over the virtual guest management and virtual admission control at video conferences
• You support with basic technical questions
• You establish contact with our technicians in case of problems and support them in solving them
• You ensure the smooth running of the video conference

What you bring with you

• Confident, friendly and customer-oriented appearance
• You like to communicate with people and are helpful
• You are reliable and willing to take responsibility
• You have good knowledge of common video conferencing software (especially Zoom)
• You know computers well (video settings, audio settings, operating system basics, network settings basics)
• Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
