Plan and implement digital events

At the digital event, the audience is connected live via online stream. Interaction and communication with each other are possible without any problems.

The digital event takes place online. All participants (presenters, listeners, moderators) use a video conferencing platform (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx or similar) via which all communication takes place. Conversations, questions, presentations or videos and even simultaneous interpreters for live translation are easily possible. Interactive tools and software solutions (e.g. Miro, Slido, Mentimeter) motivate participants, promote communication among them and increase attention span. We implement digital press conferences, meetings and committees securely, conveniently and in line with board requirements.

We implement meetings directly in your meeting room. We remove technical hurdles on site and make new technical possibilities usable in every meeting room. Our technicians temporarily add new technology to your conference rooms and integrate e.g. video conferencing systems, sound systems, table microphones, presentation technology, DOME cameras, interpreting technology, laptops and power connections. Live streaming for external participants and transmissions back to you in the room – we network your meeting room temporarily fully digital. We take care of the installation of the technology as well as the technical implementation, and offer complete support by our technicians to make your conference a success. You can relax while we work behind the scenes.

Professionally moderated video conferences as a guarantee for a successful staging of your company and your conference.

We make sure that your video conference runs professionally, optimally and trouble-free. Our technical moderators help participants with any questions that arise and are available as polite, competent contact persons throughout the conference. They take over the management of audience questions, ensure that the conference runs according to the agenda, and ensure that the conference is perfectly staged according to the stage plan. Additional services such as multilingual and simultaneously translated video conferences are our core competence. We prefer to work with Zoom video conferencing software, but are also open to all other manufacturers (e.g. Microsoft Teams, WebEx and others); our systems are fully compatible. Participants can decide directly in the video conferencing software which language they want to listen to. All speeches are interpreted live-simultaneously. Via our own servers located in Germany, you hold your events legally secured, data protection compliant, according to DSGVO and German data protection law.

Before the event we take care of the coordination of the participants, the planning of logistics and trades, the setup and support of the technology – simply everything so that your event runs safely and smoothly.

During the event Our project managers coordinate all the trades involved, such as video technology, audio technology and interpreters. Our technical event coordinators help the virtual participants to log into the event, coordinate speeches and presentations by the participants and provide technical support at any time, either on site or remotely via computer. Our image and sound control ensures that all participants can always see and hear the right content.

After the event we dismantle all technology quickly and without complications. We take care of the post-production of video recordings, the provision of streams of your event on your website or the subsequent interpretation of your event by professional interpreters.
