If you wish, we can either provide individual areas of conference technology or, as a full-service provider, take over the complete technical management of your event. We only use trained technical personnel. If you need stage masters or studio masters for your event, you are welcome to use our event masters.

Common applications and applied technology
Simultaneous technology and interpreting equipment
Simultaneous technology or interpreting equipment is used at multilingual conferences and meetings. The interpreters sit in interpreter booths and can simultaneously translate what is said from there. The conference participants listen to the translation via headphones and conference receivers. It is also possible to output the translation via headphones directly to table microphone units.
At PCS you can rent the full range of interpreting equipment. We always have large quantities of conference receivers in our warehouses ready for you. You can also rent interpreting booths and transmission technology. If required, we can of course provide a complete service. We plan, transport, set up and look after the technology. After your event, we take care of dismantling and removal.
Intercom stations, discussion systems
We have a large number of microphone units in our inventory. These table microphones, also called discussion systems, microphone chains or delegate microphone units, are used at round tables or basically at events where participants sit at tables and need to speak. We offer both wireless microphone units and wired systems, which are used depending on the application. There is currently great demand for wireless microphone units (e.g. Bosch Dicentis), as these systems are quick to set up and can be flexibly positioned.
Audio technology, video technology, AV media technology
When you rent conference equipment, in most cases AV media equipment is also included. This includes microphones (wireless or wired), lectern microphones or table microphones. In addition, there is a sound system (loudspeakers and amplifiers, monitor boxes) designed to suit the size of the room and the number of participants. Depending on your needs, we also rent the appropriate video technology. Projectors, screens or displays, and set presentations, films or other visual content perfectly in scene.
