Sie können aktuell Konferenzen und geschäftliche Meetings durchführen. Es gelten andere Richtlinien als für private Feiern. In Berlin sind z. B. nach wie vor Veranstaltungen im Freien mit bis zu 50 Teilnehmern und in geschlossenen Räumen bis zu 20 Personen möglich (Stand 24. Januar 2021).

Multilingual solutions with simultaneous interpreters help with international congresses and conferences.

Data protection for videoconferences, digital conferences and hybrid events
PCS GmbH operates its own video conferencing servers in a data center located in Germany. Sensitive data thus does not leave the territory of the EU and is processed in a DSGVO-compliant manner. Due to the location in Germany, your data is even protected by the even stricter German Data Protection Act.
Components of a hygiene concept
Our project planners will be happy to create a hygiene concept for your event. Our stage and event technology masters are authorized to enforce and monitor these concepts on site.
The hygiene concept should contain at least the following components:
- Event description with content, space and time schedule
- Risk assessment from a hygienic point of view
- Determination of the measures
- Cleaning and disinfection plan
- Work instructions for hygiene measures
- Determination of necessary instructions
