They are used wherever people sit around a table to talk, discuss, or make decisions—for example, at committee meetings, round tables, parliamentary sessions, European Works Council meetings, or international conferences.
Depending on requirements, we use wireless or wired discussion microphones that ensure clear voice transmission for all participants. The systems can be seamlessly integrated into loudspeaker and video conferencing systems and are ideal for hybrid meetings.
On request, discussion systems can also be combined with our interpreting technology: the languages are accessed via headphones directly at the speaking stations. This allows all participants to actively take part in multilingual meetings.

Whispered interpreting: yes or no?
Whispered interpreting can be a good solution for small events with a limited budget or for short interpreting assignments.
However, personal guidance systems are no substitute for professional interpreting equipment.
The interpreters are not shielded from ambient noise, and participants can hear the interpreters speaking in the room.
Whether whispered interpreting can be used should always be agreed with the interpreters in advance.
