1. hospitality
In the past, we were guests as technicians in hotels, on company premises, exhibition halls. Today we are hosts ourselves and we feel very comfortable in this role. We offer you a pleasant stay, catering, pick-up service and much more. Contact us if you need something special. The interpreting studios are part of the event landscape. Your work here should itself be a first-class event.

2. high quality and well-known technology
Welcome home. You will find everything as you are used to at a live event. You will work in ISO-certified booths, with high-quality and well-known interpreting technology.
Remote interpreting is optimized for voice quality and latency-free operation. Protective devices, audio limiters and our technicians ensure the safety of your hearing.

3rd place
We have generous space in our studios, offering each interpreter their own double interpreting booth. With us, you will find parking spaces directly at the studios, good public transport connections and opportunities to retreat during breaks.

4. hygiene
Our booths are carefully cleaned and disinfected after each use. Fresh consumables such as pens and writing pads are also distributed. High-quality, skin-friendly bio-disinfectants are available at all entrances and in every booth as well as at every technician station at all times.

5. moderation, organization and support
Our technical moderators guide through each event, are a support to the customer and to you, and are always available for questions. We take care of the organization of the video conferences, the support of the participants, the audio and video direction and the coordination of the voice channels. Our on-site technicians are available as personal contact persons. Our service hotline is available for all remote participants.

Remote interpreting in the studio is core business for us. We value working in a stationary studio as the best, safest and highest quality form of remote interpreting. We offer stationary studios in Berlin, Munich and Düsseldorf. We install mobile, temporary studios at your location nationwide.

What you need to think about

1. your contact details
We collect contact information from everyone who is in our studios and adjoining rooms. We are obliged to do this and welcome this measure for your safety and ours. The easiest way for us to do this is to use the Corona alert app or the Luca app. To do so, scan the QR codes at the entrances to the studios or in the interpretation booths. Alternatively, you can also leave your data by note and pen.

2. testing
Our hygiene concept does not make general testing compulsory. We encourage our employees to be tested when they work in the studio. If you would like all participants to be tested, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.

3. distances
The current distance rules of 1.50 m apply. In our studios you interpret alone in a booth. This offers you a lot of safety and comfort.

4. mask
If you are in our indoor rooms outside the speaker booths,
please wear a surgical mask or protective mask of the FFP2, KN95 or N95 standards.
